Data Analyst II
The Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS) is seeking multiple Data Analysts (Analyst II) to join the BPS Technical Services team!
The first position – a Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF) Data Analyst – will work alongside the PCEF grants management team, outreach manager, capacity building manager, and the program manager to produce various program-related data analysis, visualizations and reports. This work will help document the effectiveness of project GHG emissions reductions, workforce and contractor equity efforts, and outreach efforts to ensure that public funds are stewarded for maximum benefit.
The second position – a BPS Data Analyst – will support the data management, data analysis, equity analysis, transparency, and public reporting needs of all BPS projects. This includes supporting the data needs of BPS’s long-range planning programs, and managing, analyzing, and visualizing Portland’s climate and energy data.
