Intern – Driving Behavior Analysis and Abnormal Driving Detection Research
Job Summary:
Toyota is seeking PhD students in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering to join Intelligent Mobility System team and develop next generation intelligent transportation application.
Objective:
· Research on driving behavior analysis and abnormal driving detection
· Develop algorithms/model to infer behavioral patterns, conduct detection analysis
· Evaluation of the algorithms/models through simulation and real traffic driving data
Required Qualifications:
- Current enrollment of PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge in applied statistics and time-series data analytics
- Good understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning)
- Programming skills in Python and knowledge in data visualization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in driving behavior analysis research is a plus
- Knowledge in multivariate statistical data analytics is a plus
- Experience with Robot Operating System (ROS) is a plus
