Administrative Specialist II

 
Portland Fire & Rescue is looking for an Administrative Specialist II to join the Management Services Division (MSD) office!

Successful candidates will demonstrate a record of reliable and comprehensive administrative support in organizational operations, clear and effective communications, adapt to a variety of assignments, excellent organizational skills, and a record of exceptional customer service 
As the Administrative Specialist II you will be responsible for the following: 
  • Coordinate set up, maintenance, and disconnect for mobile devices (phones and tablets), and landlines. 
  • Configure cell phones, tablets, applications, updates, contact lists, and platforms (iCloud/iTunes/AirWatch, etc.). 
  • Help facilitate the transition of existing mobile devices onto the new City Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platform. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ios updates and test updates and new applications before rolling out to the bureau.
