Immediate Hire - Analyst or Associate for Financial & Real Estate Consulting Firm
Emax is looking for employees who are:

Responsibilities:
- Create and update financial models
- Assist in real estate oversight and compliance reviews
- Work with the new business team to identify contracting opportunities and prepare proposals
- Manage our web-based document repository
- Participate in conference calls with clients and become a contributing part of our project team
- Prepare agendas, minutes, emails and project timelines for clients and project team
- Create custom reports for clients
- Balance multiple contract responsibilities and prepare to work in a fluid environment
Requirements:
- For Analyst: Recent graduate with strong internship experience
- For Associate: Master’s Degree or Bachelors with 2+ years’ experience
- Ability to pass a Federal background check
- Ability to work full time in New York, NY
- Highly Proficient in Excel: data and cash flow functions, pivot tables and data visualization (including dashboards, graphs and charts); visual basic and power queries a plus
- Proficiency in Word including document formatting
- Ability to construct PowerPoint presentations
- Financial proficiency ROI, IRR, NPV, etc.
- Strong task and time management skills
- Independently motivated and willing to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
