Contracts Technician - (900)

Western EcoSystems Technology, Inc. (WEST) a dynamic medium size consulting firm with offices across the United States and Canada. We are looking for a full-time temporary Contracts Technician in our Cheyenne, WY office.   • Compensation: $15-17/hr DOE

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Contracts department. The Contracts Technician will work individually and with our Contracts team to:
  • Assist the Contracts staff with cleanup of files
  • Assist with data entry and clean up
  • Update and maintain information on spreadsheets
  • Administrative support
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
The Contracts Technician we are seeking has a great opportunity to help WEST take the next step in our growth as a premier environmental consulting firm. The successful candidate must be a self-starter who possesses:
  • Above average data entry skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Google programs including excel
  • Basic understanding of server filing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interact with project managers and outside clients
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling information and documentation
