Runner/ Production Assistant
Our sister company is seeking a Runner/Production Assistant who can immerse themselves in the company with a passion to build a career as a producer. Our NY office is a small group that's more like a family and we pride ourselves on maintaining a fun environment in a very sophisticated studio space. The runner should be a self-starter who will be juggling a myriad of tasks in a small start-up environment. Someone with a can-do attitude and self-initiative is critical to the role. All of our top talent have started as runners so there is a direct path to success here if you have the motivation, dedication, and creativity.
The Runner/Assistant is an integral component to the client experience. We are looking for someone who has a positive, enthusiastic energy as this is a position where you will be interacting with a variety of different personalities. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Flexibility and adaptability are key in this role.
We pride ourselves on providing an upscale experience for our clients, similar to what they may expect from a spa or hotel. We expect our runner to adhere to those same standards and their TOP priority is servicing the client. Equally as important is maintaining the pristine look and feel of our studio, hence having a strong eye for detail is essential. We need someone who will take proactive steps in making the space feel as inviting as possible at all times.
Because the client experience in our studio is so critical and producers’ primary function is providing client service, hospitality experience is a MUST. No exceptions.
The ideal candidate should also be proficient in social media as they will be maintaining our social media accounts under the supervision of our Executive Producer.
