Job Summary:
The Sales & Management Training Program (SMTP) provides extensive exposure to the Surface Product Line, the field, and customers. The trainee will participate in a 3-year fixed step-rotational training program that provides Exposure, Experience, and Expertise. These rotations include experience in the shop, field, operations support, and formal classroom training. Upon completion, the trainees will assume a key role in Sales or Operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Position requires candidate to live in or near designated Basin
• Willingness to relocate
• Knowledge of oil and gas is a plus
