Member Operations Associate

ACORE’s Member Operations Associate is a dynamic and motivated individual who provides day-to-day operational support for the entire membership and events team, with a focus on process and data management and executing strategies to meet organizational and team goals. This position works collaboratively with the EVP of Corporate Engagement and supports daily and long-term membership and event needs, including the input of member data, invoicing, scheduling, and activity tracking. 
The ideal candidate will have a passion for a just transition to renewable energy, strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, experience managing multiple ongoing tasks and projects, experience in Salesforce or another CRM, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interface effectively with all employees and members in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
ACORE has a hybrid work environment that allows team members a combination of in-office work and telework, as well as fully remote options.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Member & Sponsor Records – Support record maintenance and data integrity in Salesforce and Mailchimp with entry and regular updates of member data and fundraising activities. 
  • Data Oversight - Refine and improve ACORE data member management processes to support organizational growth
  • Invoice Management - Create and track membership and sponsorship invoices
  • Project & Scheduling Assistance – Support team members with small projects and schedule meetings with members and sponsors. 
  • Event Assistance – Support the events team with event development, administration, data management and other items as needed.
  • Additional tasks as assigned, including but not limited to on-site staffing during conferences, special programs, and other opportunities related to membership engagement, both in-person and virtually, and research projects for the EVP
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in an administrative/office position, preferably in a non-profit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Database management experience preferred, Salesforce knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to teamwork.
  • Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work. 
  • Ability to work both collaboratively with a team and independently with little supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Sense of humor appreciated.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000.
