Assistant Director Tessitura Data and Information Analytics

The Public Theater is seeking an Associate Director Tessitura Data and Information Analytics to join the Advancement Services team. The Associate Director provides leadership in using the Tessitura CRM platform in all business areas to ensure the organization proactively moves towards the best possible use of the application. Under the supervision of the Director of Advancement Services, the Associate Director will support data-driven projects, create reports, and system customizations, provide maintenance, and document Tessitura changes and modifications. The Associate Director will work closely with all departments, including Development, Marketing, Ticketing, Finance, Audience Services, and Technology, to prioritize work, manage departmental objectives and needs, and delegate responsibilities as determined by the project scope. The role is the main point of contact in troubleshooting, assisting, and educating end-users on the platform.
