2023 Graduate Analyst Program - CBRE Investment Management

The Experience
- A 2-year entry-level analyst program beginning in July 2023
- Exposure to and engagement with senior leadership
- Foundational training through our immersive and impactful Investment Analyst Program (IAP)
- During your onboarding, you will be assigned a mentor to guide you along the way

- Direct Private Real Estate
- Indirect Private Real Estate
- Real Estate Credit
- Listed Real Assets
- Private Infrastructure
Minimum Qualifications
• Current senior, or will graduate from your undergraduate program between January 2022 and June 2023
• Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
• Accurate under time pressure and exceptional attention to detail
• Enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team with good interpersonal skills
• Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
• Flexible approach to work and willingness/ability to travel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and ambition
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint Excel, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous internship or experience in Real Estate Investments
• Financial modelling skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Argus exposure preferred)
