We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team to help us continue transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
For this role, we are seeking a recent college graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) to join our team. As a Financial Analyst at Micron, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams in Finance, People, and more to help manage the worldwide budget expense plans. Your role will require you to be an excellent business partner and share responsibility for assignee cost and allocations cross charges. We encourage our team members to use innovative problem-solving skills to maintain efficient and accurate processes to meet the business needs.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Budget assignee headcount and expenses
- Forecast allocations costs
- Assess plan against actual performance
- Build and maintain custom and dynamic financial reports that help drive better decision making and provide actionable insights
- Assist with executive reporting for areas of budget-ownership.
- Provide ad hoc support of Finance initiatives
- Communicate effectively with team members and leaders in diverse geographies
- Provide support for budget system users
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- Preference is a recent college graduate
- 6 months - 2 years’ experience in financial modeling, reporting, and system navigation
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders
- Excellent planning, analysis, and execution skills
- Proficient in excel
