Working full-time and with hands-on field experience and business projects, you will get an in-depth look at how our business works and where you fit into it. Interns working within our technology space, whether in DISH, SLING or Wireless, will evaluate current practices and play tangible parts in our business strategy. The scope of your work will be defined by the opportunities you create for yourself. Your potential duties could include working on an internal employee tool, internally developed app or even a product that millions of customers use. You might design a new dashboard for easier data consumption or a system for process improvement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Early talent hires who love solving complex problems can support our technology teams in a number of ways. You will get to work with senior engineers to help accomplish your goals, no matter which role you choose!

  • Data Scientist
You will work to discover information hidden in vast amounts of data and help make smarter decisions to deliver better products and services. You will communicate to stakeholders the value of the decision and the results it will provide them.

  • Embedded Engineer
You will get to work in a dynamic development environment and be responsible for delivering reliable software components. You will get to be involved in hands-on creation, design, and testing of exciting new features!

  • Software Engineer
You are a full stack engineer who wants to implement both back-end and front-end software solutions. You will work in an agile team to develop these projects and develop complete systems to better our customer’s experiences!

  • Test Engineer
You will support the team’s mission to deliver software that meets business needs and allows for a positive customer experience. You will be a key contributor to the overall software delivery team in a fast-paced environment by designing and executing test scenarios that exercise all required test conditions.

  • Information Security 
There are many new and exciting projects that are taking place to protect the integrity of our customer and enterprise data. You will be an integral part of this department!
 

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Preferred to be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree (non-MBA) program with an expected graduation date between December 2022 and August 2023.
