IT Analyst Internship

Internships are onsite at our Store Support Center in Ankeny, Iowa, where you'll volunteer within our community, attend social outings, hear from our senior leadership team, and make some pizzas, of course!

As an IT Analyst Intern, you'll gain exposure to several Enterprise Applications that Casey's uses daily. You'll work with other departments on gathering requirements and formulating best practices with others on the team. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of team members at Casey's, ranging from members of IT to business unit leaders and team members across the organization. You'll have the opportunity to work with 3rd party vendors and understand how to engage with them when needed. You'll work with Office 365, Sharepoint Online, Hyland OnBase, K2, ServiceNow, and with the infrastructure that houses these applications, whether they are in the cloud or on-prem. You will also have the opportunity to hone skills related to presentations, problem solving/critical thinking, business requirements gathering, and working as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications:
  • Currently working on completion of Bachelor's degree in related field (STEM Field)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
