Rokos 2023 Analyst Programme - Hedge Fund

Job Spec:
What is the opportunity?
Our 18-month rotational Analyst Programme will provide you with the opportunity to contribute and learn from groups such as the Investment Quant, Trading Strategy, and Risk teams.
Quant
Our Quant teams are comprised of Investment Quants (aligned to asset classes), and Core Quants (working cross-asset classes). These groups are responsible for the development and maintenance of pricing models, trading tools, risk management tools, relative value opportunity identification tools and other quantitative aspects of RCM's business.
You will be involved in key aspects of a quant project from understanding the business problem, modelling, solving the resultant maths problem, sourcing any required data, and then coding the production solution.
Trading Strategy
Our Trading Strategy team is responsible for the development of systematic trading strategies, and providing useful signals for discretionary trading across all asset classes.
You will build and develop analysis to identify new trading opportunities, and learn to develop and use techniques and tools such as market scanning, data visualisation and statistical analysis.
Risk
Our Risk team is responsible for identifying, monitoring, analyzing, controlling and reporting on market and counterparty risk across RCM.
You will support our Risk Officers and Analysts to deliver on the above mandate and further develop our risk management frameworks.
Who You Are
A Masters/PhD candidate in a quantitative/STEM related subject.
A person with a genuine love of finance and interest in hedge funds.
A hard worker willing to go above and beyond for a fast-paced team.
Interested?
Following CV screening, we will ask you to complete a speed-driven aptitude assessment and mathematical test.
To get to know you better, we will arrange two quick video interviews with members of the RCM team.
We will invite shortlisted candidates to an on-site assessment day at our offices in Mayfair, London. Here, you will meet with various team members and senior management.
Successful candidates will receive an offer, but all candidates will receive feedback.
