Business Analysis Intern
The Bessemer Trust Business Analysis & Support team is seeking an individual who would like to start a career in Business Analysis.
The Business Analyst is an agent of change. Job titles for business analysis practitioners include not only business analyst, but also business systems analyst, systems analyst, requirements engineer, process analyst, product manager, product owner, enterprise analyst, business architect, management consultant, business intelligence analyst, data scientist, and more.
As business analysts, we identify and define solutions. Business analysts work across business lines and with all levels of an organization and may be involved in everything from defining strategy, to creating the enterprise architecture, to taking a leadership role by defining the goals and requirements for programs and projects or supporting continuous improvement in its technology and processes.
Through the effective use of business analysis, you can help an organization realize these benefits, ultimately improving the way they do business.
The ideal candidate is a bright, highly motivated self-starter who posesses energy, enthusiasm, logic, and creativity. They can express ideas clearly in both written and verbal communication and enjoy working in a highly collaborative and supportive team environment.
· Develop prototypes using various visual formats and strategies
· Partner with business communities to document requirements
· Work with Programmers and Quality Assurance to implement solutions
· Learn something new every day
Having personal Interests in Information Technology / Marketing / Finance is helpful
