PCCP 2023 Full Time Debt Asset Management Analyst - Atlanta
Summary:
PCCP is seeking an analyst in its Atlanta office to support the debt asset management team. The
position has broad exposure to most real estate asset types in markets across the United States.
The analyst will work as a member of the asset management team to help manage a wide variety
of functions including: monitoring property operating performance, preparing quarterly reports
and presentations, evaluating and approving tenant leases and extensions, reviewing budgets and
cash flow projections, conducting market research, and tracking key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide integral support to the asset management team through data collection, reporting,
modeling, and analysis.
Property valuations and various analysis of borrower performance.
Monitor the business plan, monthly operating performance, and draw requests as needed.
Prepare monthly and quarterly investment reports.
Review and analyze asset operating performance, budgets, leases, and third party
valuations.
Understand loan documents and covenant compliance.
Interact with third party consultants and leverage clients, including servicers, inspectors,
attorneys and lenders.
Perform market research/analysis.
Assist senior deal team members with various projects and tasks.
Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) duties as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required with related work experience in real estate or finance
preferred.
An understanding of financial modeling and experience with ARGUS is a plus.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, deadline-driven and entrepreneurial
environment.
