Associate Customer Financial Services Analyst - Finance

KI, the trusted furniture market resource, has an opening for an Associate Accounts Receivable Analyst at its Corporate office in Green Bay, WI. This role provides support and backup for all non-exempt Customer Financial Services (CFS) positions, with emphasis on the CFS Analyst positions. Responsibilities include:
Contact customer trade and bank references via phone, fax, or email in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze all trade reference and/or financial information necessary for sound business recommendations on behalf of the customers and KI.
Prepare & present completed credit files to CFS Analysts in support of annual reviews for customer accounts that exceed annual sales of $250,000.
Collaborate with CFS Analysts to determine appropriate customer terms and/or security requirements and participate in discussions with the customer.
Manual invoicing and AIA billings as needed.
Collection and follow-up of GSA accounts receivable.
Collection and follow-up of low-level accounts receivable as needed.
Investigation, follow-up, and resolutions of low-level customer deductions (i.e., sales tax)
Act upon and respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries via mail, email, phone or fax.
Provide timely response to all incoming credit inquiries.
Complete new vendor forms and all W9 requests.
Maintain position user procedures and responsibilities matrix as needed.
Order office supplies as needed for the finance department.
Provide support and research during annual audit.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
1+ years experience in a similar position preferred
General accounting knowledge
General understanding of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization
Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
