IT Emerging Talent Rotational Program
New hires in office-based roles in the US & Puerto Rico will be required, subject to applicable law, to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or qualify for a medical or religious exemption to this vaccination requirement that can be accommodated without an undue burden to the operation. However, subject to applicable law, employees working in roles that the Company determines require routine collaboration with external stakeholders, such as employees in customer-facing commercial or research-based roles, will be required to be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment.

IT Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program: In 2 Years, Explore 3 Roles
The IT Emerging Talent Rotation (ETR) Program cultivates the technical, business, and professional experience of entry-level technologists. Working in teams alongside highly skilled professionals, ETR employees apply their passion for technology to help our company develop and provide innovative products and services aligned to our most critical business outcomes.
Over the course of 2 years, and an IT ETR you will explore 3 very different roles and areas of IT. We’re looking for emerging talent who have a passion for applying technology to invent novel life-saving drugs, broaden access to medicines and vaccines, and enable next-generation healthcare solutions, with experience with any of the following tech capabilities:
- App Development/Software Engineering
- Automation
- Cloud
- Blockchain
- Cyber security
- Data and Analytics
- Enterprise Architecture
- ERP (e.g., SAP)
- Product Ownership (e.g., Agile, DevOps, etc.)

If you excel in team environments, you love to learn and want to share your knowledge, and you’re interested in a full-time, entry-level position, and meet the following criteria, you may be eligible.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree OR a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 2 years of equivalent experience which could include: IT, related certificates, and/or military.
- In lieu of a degree, candidates must have 2 years of equivalent professional experience in technical roles
- Candidates must have completed at least 1 internship, apprenticeship, co-op, or equivalent professional role in a technology-related field
- Candidates must have a US citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the US, or otherwise authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Additional Competencies:
- Candidates must have a passion for using technology for healthcare advancement
- Candidates must be able to quickly adaptable to new roles, teams, and situations, and agree to rotate through different technology-related roles throughout IT for the 2-year duration of the program
- Candidates can manage multiple priorities and handle themselves professionally— even under pressure
- Candidates must communicate well both in-person and in written media
- Candidates are a self-starter and will work with limited supervision (i.e. you have a strong work ethic and are a problem solver)
- Candidates must thrive in a diverse and inclusive culture
