Aquatic Director

Camp Courageous is seeking an Aquatics Director with exceptional management and organizational skills to lead a year-round Aquatics program. 

This position oversees and is actively involved with everything in the Aquatics program from staff training, swim lessons, aquarobics, water testing, pool maintenance and ensuring the safety of the campers, staff, and visitors at the Vermazen-Carver Aquatic Center. 

The position requires a Certified Pool Operator with additional Lifeguard Instructor Certification and Water Safety Instructor Certification and prior management experience. A background of working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. The perfect candidate has a passion for aquatics and supporting campers with disabilities, exemplifies dedication, punctuality, a positive attitude, dependability, organization, innovativeness, enthusiasm, professionalism, and is self-motivated.
