Facilities Management Intern

Summary:
The Summer 2023 internship program will provide students with a full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) to take on real-life assignments that will provide practical experiences within the banking industry.  Each student will be placed in a department for the duration of the 8-week program. Students will be encouraged to ask questions and stretch themselves to gain the training and development to take their career to the next level.
*This is a hybrid eligible position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
On-the-job-experience:  Work with a high performing team to gain in-depth real life experience.  This includes projects, participating in meetings, one-on-one training from team members, and assigned tasks.
Professional Growth: Each participant will be matched with a mentor that will be available to answer questions, help through challenging situations, and give feedback throughout the course of the program.
Business Development: Networking with senior leaders, Enterprise associates, and other program interns.  Additional activities for program participants to further banking knowledge and experience for the real world.
Candidates can expect the following special projects for this particular role:

  • Provide facilities and purchasing support to assigned branches
  • Review fixed asset equipment, enter data into software
  • Shadow Property Manager (s) on project visits, maintain and update project management documentations
The ideal candidate has intermediate to advanced excel, PowerPoint, pdf, and word skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to take a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Experience working in a team environment

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None

Education and/or Experience:
Current student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (tentative graduation date 2024-2025). Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Computer and Software Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite
