Intern - Marketing Project Management Intern - Summer 2023 - Remote

The Main Responsibilities

The marketing project management intern will join a team of experienced project managers and creative operations professionals to deliver amazing marketing creative every day, from new e-commerce moves and engaging web journeys to clever ads, powerful videos, bold events, and beyond. Responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting senior project managers in overseeing project schedules and resource management to deliver a wide variety of marketing assets, including digital creative (web and e-commerce), paid media, videos, events, and more.
  • Assessing and documenting creative resourcing needs, availability and commitments across copy, design, UX, and video teams
  • Assisting with creative process documentation and other project deliverables
  • Performing project and process research to improve creative operations
  • Preparing data-driven reports and presentations for project managers and marketing leaders 
  • Learning how to use marketing and project management software tools to deliver results
  • Collaborating with other teams across the organization, such as marketing operations, or with external vendors to deliver and publish creative assets in an end-to-end process

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Education Requirements
  • Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior or master’s level education status at the start of the internship, graduating August 2023 – May 2024.
  • Major/Degree: In pursuit of degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management or similar technical degree field.

  • Nationwide, Remote
  • Intern must be able to work 30-40 hours be week during the 10-week program (June – August)

What to Expect Next
