We are currently recruiting for a Labor Department Unit Director. This position will be a part of our Waterbury American Job Center. The American Job Center (AJC) system is a partnership of organizations that provide workforce assistance to job seekers and employers. This collaboration of state, regional, and local organizations help prepare and train workers and offers services that help business and industry find talent. AJCs have services for everyone, regardless of employment status.
This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday schedule. Additionally, this is a hybrid opportunity based upon the state telework guidelines, which will be discussed in full during the interview stage.
