Compliance Coordinator

RES
RES is seeking a Compliance Coordinator with 3+ years of experience based in our Houston, TX office.
The mission: RES is extensively growing and with this growth comes the necessity of this new role, crucial for our Compliance Program. You will be assisting the Legal Department in developing, implementing, and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with best practices. 
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team - you will work collaboratively with RES’ high-energy and hardworking Legal team. Supported and guided by us, we do expect you to know how to work independently and exercise a meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

What your day-to-day might look like?

Primary tasks assigned to this role include tracking compliance initiatives, scheduling trainings, and sending out communications pursuant to RES’ Compliance Plan. 
 
The Compliance Coordinator will also assist with audits (both external and internal), and in this effort will gather information, coordinate with other departments (such as Human Resources), and correspond with outside counsel to timely deliver responsive documents. This role will support various departments and individuals by collecting and coordinating data for purposes of administering RES’ Compliance Program. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 3 years of experience in compliance roles
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations
  • Experience with reviewing and complying with federal contracts.
