The Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board has an opening for an Engineering Geologist to join the Agriculture and Cannabis Section. The position is located at 3737 Main Street, Suite 500, Riverside – right in the heart of downtown, across the street from the Fox Performing Arts Center, and a few blocks from the Metrolink station.
Under the supervision of a Senior Engineering Geologist (Supervisor) of the Agriculture and Cannabis Section and consistent with good customer service practices and the goals of the State and Regional Board’s Strategic Plan, the individual will implement the Water Boards’ Cannabis Cultivation regulatory program in southern California through enrollment, field inspections, technical document review, public outreach, and enforcement of the Cannabis Cultivation General Order and California Water Code.
