As a Land Use Environmental Health Specialist (EHS) in Permit Sonoma, you will provide a unique level of expertise in the evaluation and permitting of septic systems and water well construction. Please Note, the State of California Department of Public Health oversees the Environmental Health Specialist (EHS) Trainee Letter of Eligibility and the Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) processes. Applicants without a Letter of Eligibility to work as an EHS Trainee will not be considered qualified for the Trainee level. Applicants to the I, II, and Senior level positions who do not possess California REHS certification will not be considered qualified.
