Experience: 3-5 years, ideally in a Higher Ed environment. Workday HCM administration (ideally they will have worked through an implementation)
Locations: Holyoke MA (Hybrid work schedule)
Intake Call Notes:
  • Transitioning from HCM software called Colleague to Workday HCM. This consultant will join an 11-person HR department to help implement and then administer/run the
  • Workday HCM system. 
  • The project will start with preparing for the Workday implementation (likely the 1st 6 months), assisting IT with the implementation, and then running the system for the HR department
