Supply Chain Systems Analyst
The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between Supply Chain and Information Technology (IT) to solve complex Supply Chain problems with the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology. This position will work with all Supply Chain staff and perform Supply Chain functions, including, but not limited to, creating processes and methods to gather supply chain data, analyzing data, purchasing, supplier qualifications, supplier record management, month end reporting as well as ad hoc reporting. This role will become knowledgeable of Supply Chain processes, controls and systems. Work with Supply Chain and IT staff to develop a roadmap for future procurement systems and inventory software including developing business cases, process flows and specifications for transition to IT solutions. Track KPIs. Be the subject matter expert (SME) for Supply Chain software. Serve as technical point of contact for Supply Chain software support and troubleshooting prior to engaging IT. Own issues through resolution. Analyze and produce reports from data in procurement software. Be the SME while ensuring data integrity. Provide recommendations to improve and streamline business operations to increase efficiencies and reduce costs. Supports upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. Provide training and documentation.
