Description: The Designer works closely with the internal project team to create design and construction documents. Benefits package includes insurance, 401k and paid vacation.
- Assist project architect in developing construction documents for bidding and construction
- Creates and edits content for construction documents
- Prepares drawings that adhere to office standards
- Provides support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project
- Generates graphic content for proposals, material boards, and design presentations
Qualifications:
- Ability to function comfortably, gain trust, confidence, and deal effectively with a wide range of individuals including consultants, contractors, vendors, and the COAR team
- Working experience/proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced design environment
- Ambition to further career and recognize value from being in a mentorship working environment
- Well organized and efficient in completing tasks
