Departmental Analyst 9-12 - Inclusion & Diversity

This position is responsible for assessing Treasury's current culture and identifying where gaps exist and what improvements can be made in the area of fostering inclusion and diversity within the Lean Innovation & Improvement Bureau (LIIB). Will partner with Human Resources in developing various plans for bridging these gaps and fostering a positive culture that attracts and retains diverse employees. Engages with the workforce to identify challenges, solicit input, and ensure appropriate follow up communication regarding outcomes is provided. Will also be responsible for reviewing and monitoring existing components of the ongoing plan.
