The State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Administration Services has an opening for a Personnel Specialist in the Human Resources Branch. The position is located at 1001 I Street, 18th Floor, Sacramento, right in the heart of downtown next to light rail stations, other public transportation, and more.
 
Under the close supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, and consistent with good customer service practices and the goals of the State and Regional Board’s Strategic Plan, the Personnel Specialist is expected to be professional, provide accurate and timely responses to internal/external customers, have a history of dependable attendance, and to follow through on commitments. Applicants can review the Duty Statement attached for more information.

Candidates must possess essential personal qualifications including integrity, initiative, dependability, good judgment, the ability to work cooperatively with others, and the ability to perform the assigned duties of the class.

Salary information – CalHR salary rules allow appointment at the entrance rate (599.673) of a classification. For classes with alternate ranges, placement is based on education/experience.
