The State Water Resources Control Boards’ Human Resources Branch is excited to announce an opening for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst within the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Unit! This is a tremendous opportunity to be part of a growing unit that handles high priority initiatives involving internships, student programs, workforce research, succession planning, employee development, career fair/event planning, and college/university outreach.

Occasional travel to career fairs and recruitment events may be required. The Recruitment Unit’s core objective is to help the State Water Resources Control Board build and retain a talented workforce, and we are recruiting for a talented individual that will play a pivotal role in that effort.
