The State Water Resources Control Boards’ Human Resources Branch is excited to announce an opening for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst within the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Unit! This is a tremendous opportunity to be part of a growing unit that handles high priority initiatives involving internships, student programs, workforce research, succession planning, employee development, career fair/event planning, and college/university outreach.

This position requires a forward-thinking individual with a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize and analyze data efficiently. Motivated, open-minded, innovative, resourceful, and strategic are all attributes that would likely lead to high performance in this role. Occasional travel to career fairs and recruitment events may be required. The Recruitment Unit’s core objective is to help the State Water Resources Control Board build and retain a talented workforce, and we are recruiting for a talented individual that will play a pivotal role in that effort.
