Bridge Design Project Task Analyst

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent serves as a Bridge Design (BD) Project Task Analyst in the BD Administrative Support Branch. The incumbent acts as an expert in the use of the Caltrans Work Breakdown Structure and Project Resource and Schedule Management (PRSM) tools; works independently with a high level of responsibility to ensure on time and within budget task deliverables. The incumbent is expected to perform complex, technical, analytical assignments and maintain cooperative working relationships with both internal and external customers. The Project Task Analyst provides support to Project and Task managers for the transportation-related structure projects for the sub-division. This position identifies problems and execute solutions which support the completion of task deliverables in BD and the Department’s efforts to provide project delivery on time.

Eligibility for hire is determined by your score on the Associate Governmental Program Analyst Exam. You must be on the state examination list to be eligible for these positions.
