Job Description: 
The Social Media Intern will develop, execute, and monitor social media campaigns for the company. We are looking for an intern who is passionate about researching, creating, and editing social media content. This position will independently create and execute social media campaigns, coordinate training bookings, respond to comments, edit photos and reels, and create a cohesive plan/calendar for social media content for 3-6 months at a time.

Proficiency in Social Media Platforms: including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Eventbrite
Independently manages workflow
Highly skilled in graphic design for content development
Strong social media content skills
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college
Ability to work 10-20 hours a week. Most work will be remote with occasional in person meetings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Timely and detail-oriented
Creative insight into social media and its ever-changing landscape
Demonstrates creativity and immersion in social media best practices
Work experience or training in advertising, PR, online marketing, or similar field is a plus
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Develop strategy and execute social media campaigns - including content generation, consultation, and social media audits
Creating and disseminating social media execution reports
Analyze the success of campaigns
Lead Social Media Business Development - Communicate with potential social media clients and work with potential clients to close contracts as needed
Create strategy and content for social media and presentations
Attend meetings as needed
Research newsworthy topics/events, angles, influencers, and social media trends
Find opportunities to reach out to influencers/media via social media 
Provide support with engagement on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and
Workshop copy, tags, and layout strategy with the social media manager and creative team.
Organize planned posts around integrated marketing initiatives.
Monitor and create regular content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts.
Write and distribute industry-relevant blog posts
Compose and send company newsletters via GoHighLevel
Brainstorm and implement general marketing 
Provide additional support to Marketing Manager with projects and daily responsibilities
 
IT Qualifications (hardware/software/applications):
Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
CapCut
WordPress
Canva
Extensive graphic design experience
