About Our Summer Intern Program
ISACA’s Intern program provides truly meaningful work experience to rising Juniors and Seniors. In 2023, we will host a cohort of ten Interns who will work in one of the eight functions across ISACA. As an Intern at ISACA, you will acquire hands-on, practical experience working in the ever-changing technology industry. Your intern cohort will participate in a development program specifically designed to help you build skills in important areas like communication, emotional intelligence, and time management. You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to get to know our team, ranging from leadership panels to “speed networking” sessions to volunteer opportunities and beyond. Intern role and responsibilities 
You will be working closely with our Membership Experience team by supporting tasks such as research, data clean-up or analysis, and administrative tasks that support the team’s core functions. You may also undertake special projects as needed. As the Experience & Service Design Intern, you will work collaboratively on projects for ISACA’s Membership program, using human-centered and participatory design methods to facilitate program and service innovations and improvements. Specifically, you will:
  • Collaborate with the Member Experience team on an experience and service design projects based on strategic initiatives and roadmap alignment
  • Support the implementation and operationalization of experience and service design projects in flight 
  • Participate in co-design working sessions with cross-functional teams
  • Perform testing of experience and service concepts, prototypes, and systems
  • Conduct comparative and evaluative research into solutions and industry trends to inform experience and service design and development
  • Communicate and present research and design insights to stakeholders

Required Field of Study
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in experience design, service design, human-centered design, or a related field.
