Digital Mental Health Video Editing YouTube and Social Media Internship

Going Digital, Inc is a San Francisco-based behavioral health events and consulting company and operator of Going Digital: Behavioral Health Tech, the largest mental health and substance use tech conference focused on expanding access through technology, health equity and innovation. Our community is made up of health plans, employers, health systems, behavioral health providers, startups, investors and policymakers.
 
Going Digital, Inc is looking for a part-time Spring/Summer intern to work directly with the Director of Marketing and Editorial Manager on a video editing and social media marketing internship. Our ideal candidate has experience with video editing and creating highly engaging content on YouTube, with cross-channel marketing across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. We are seeking an energetic and collaborative self-starter who is passionate about mental health, addiction recovery, and health equity. This position is a remote, 20-hours per week role for Spring/Summer 2022 (10 weeks). This internship will provide a $2,500 stipend and opportunity to explore a variety of meaningful careers in the mental health, digital health and marketing/communications industries.

Internship Duties
 
·      Watch webinars and videos interviews from our 2022 Going Digital: Behavioral Health Tech conference, webinars, and CEO interviews.
·      Learn about important trends in the digital health and mental health industries
·      Find meaningful, insightful and/or relatable quotes from the .MP4 video file interview and cut clips formatted for Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
·      Develop and post social media posts of the video clips on our various social media channels with thoughtful descriptions using our brand’s voice
·      Leverage Canva and create social media images with accompanying posts
·      Grow our social media channel following by researching SEO and marketing tactics
·      Communicate regularly through Zoom, Slack and other platforms with the Going Digital, Inc team and partners.
 
Qualifications
 
·      Has a passion for behavioral health access and innovation
·      Strong written and verbal communication skills
·      Efficient and effective video editing skills
·      Canva skills with an eye for design
·      Highly organized and comfortable with remote work; excellent time management skills
·      Ability to work both independently and as a team member
·      Desire to learn the latest trends and innovations in the mental health and digital health industries
