The State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Financial Assistance is seeking a motivated Associate Governmental Program Analyst dedicated to being a part of a high performing loans and grants team. The positions are located at 1001 I Street, 17th Floor, Sacramento, right in the heart of downtown next to light rail stations, other public transportation, restaurants and more.

Duties:
Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst will be responsible for administratively managing water quality improvement grants which include, but are not limited to: independently analyze, create, and amend complex funding agreements and encumbrances; implement, recommend, create, enhance, and maintain procedures; track and monitor funding agreements; and independently perform internal audits of project files.

Salary information – CalHR salary rules allow appointment at the entrance rate (599.673) of a classification. For classes with alternate ranges, placement is based on education/experience.
