Recruiting Coordinator- Cinnaminson, NJ
EMSL Analytical, Inc. is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at our Cinnaminson, NJ location.
As a member of the Recruiting Department, the Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Recruiters and Hiring Managers in their full cycle recruitment process, reporting to the Director of Recruiting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drafting job postings for open positions
- Tracking of all open positions
- Conducts employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and hiring process
- Drafting of offer letters
- Compile and track recruiting reports and analytics
- Tracks and maintain recruitment database
- Facilitating the background check and reference process
- Coordinate all aspects of the summer intern program
- Facilitate campus recruiting events, researching of universities and/or campus events
- Assist recruiting team in other areas as determined by management
Qualifications for Recruiting Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Two to five years of recruiting related experience
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, highly motivated, self-directed and fast learner with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously under strict time constraints
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with Senior Management, Colleagues and staff at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems
- Strong proficiency working in Outlook or other scheduling systems, Word and Excel, required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information, critical
- Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills, essential
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Scheduled Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. extra hours may be required to meet business demands.
