Field Engineer

The Field Engineer position is a demanding, sometimes physical job involving complex technology utilized to optimize solutions for Exploration and Production companies. The information and services you will provide help our clients locate, evaluate, and produce oil and gas reservoirs more efficiently. It is an opportunity for you to directly impact our world’s energy future.

As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of SLB operations at the job site, be it offshore, on land, or overseas. A 3-year structured training program will advance you through technical theory and applications, troubleshooting, procedures, safety, crew management, and client interaction. This experience will prepare you for advancement into a variety of management, technical, marketing and/or personnel roles after 3-5 years in the field.

Requirements are:

·      BS degree in Aeronautical, Biological, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Construction, Electrical, Environmental, Geological, Geophysical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Mineral, Nuclear, Petroleum or System Engineering

·      Minimum GPA 3.0 / 4.0

·      Valid driving license and an acceptable driving record

·      The legal right to work in your country of residence
