Founded in 2018, Persona is a 200-person tech startup based in San Francisco. We’re fortunate to be backed by some of Silicon Valley’s leading venture capital firms. Persona offers flexible building blocks that help businesses fight fraud, stay compliant, and build trust among their customers. For example, Coursera uses Persona to ensure the right person is earning each degree, DoorDash verifies couriers and anyone ordering alcohol, and Lime checks the ages of customers before they ride electric scooters or bikes. As an Identity Product Associate part of the Customer and Product Leadership Program, you'll gain experience in Customer Success, Product Management, Sales, and Growth, getting exposure to all aspects of working at a startup.


About the program

  • 20-month rotation program for new graduates focused on roles within Go-To-Market and Growth teams

What you’ll gain from the program

Dynamic business exposure 

You will be exposed to various facets of our growing business. You will collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales, gaining a broad understanding of how different functions work together.


Relationship management

You will partner with members of our Customer Success function to foster strong customer relationships, ensuring that they are driving maximum value from our platform. You will participate in key customer engagements, including implementations, business reviews, and status updates.


Impactful contributions

You will become an expert in Persona’s platform products and future offerings, and directly inform Persona’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. 


Mentorship and growth

You will receive 1:1 mentorship directly from our product and customer success teams, allowing you to learn from seasoned professionals and develop the skills needed for a successful career in the tech industry.


Professional development

You’ll build relationships with Persona’s executives made up of former Square, Dropbox and Coursera alumni. Persona offers an environment heavily focused on learning and development, with opportunities for career advancement across teams. 


What you’ll bring to Persona

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related fields is a plus


This is a full-time position based in our HQ in downtown San Francisco - currently in the office Tuesday-Thursday with Monday and Friday as office optional. Many associates are expected to transition into full-time positions after completed team rotations. This position may also include up to 15% travel.
