JUNIOR
MASON ARCHITECTS is looking for a talented, motivated, and collaborative Junior Designer to join our San Francisco Bay Area based team. We specialize in hospitality, destinational design and high-end residential projects. The successful applicant will work on high-profile projects throughout the US and the world and will be part of a team designing and implementing projects of varying size from conceptual stage through construction. Responsibilities include architectural design and drafting, 3D design, schematic design, construction drawings, graphic design and presentations. A passion for architecture, a commitment to high quality design and detailing, and a willingness to learn are necessary.
The position offers lots of opportunity for growth and exposure to all stages of a project’s design including concept, schematics, design development, and construction drawings. We mentor our junior designers and provide ongoing training. Salary is commensurate with experience and excellent employee benefits are available to full-time employees.
Job requirements include….
· BArch or March architectural degree from an accredited college or university in US.
· Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp and fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.
· Hands on ability to work on projects (design / drafting / graphics).
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Examples of 2 or 3 projects of your work showing strong design and presentation skills.
