2024 Associate - Institutional Rotation

The Institutional team of over 300 professionals is experienced in enterprise risk management, advisory, asset allocation, investments, actuarial, employee education, and technology. Institutional group | SEI (seic.com)
The Institutional Rotational Associate can expect to rotate every 6-9 months over the course of two years through three different areas of the Institutional business, which may include Advice, Relationship Management, Sales and/or where there is a business need at the time of the rotation.
 

Advice:
Our advisory teams provide customized investment and asset allocation advice to our institutional OCIO and private wealth client base. This advice includes asset allocation modeling and the creation of investment strategies tailored to client goals and needs.
 

Relationship Management:
Our client service and relationship teams are fully accountable for the client experience for existing relationships. These teams develop strategy and organize resources to support client level strategy. They work with the advisory team on investment and asset allocation strategy but also prepare and deliver client reports, direct trading, support client audits and work with a variety of internal teams during the process.


Sales:
Our business development teams are focused on forming new relationships. This is a discovery process with potential clients as we look to move them through the sales funnel. These teams work with the marketing and RFP teams to help position SEI, differentiate us versus the competition and create business proposals to prospective clients.

What you bring to the table:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Open to all majors, but focus on finance, accounting, economics, business, marketing or related fields
  • Graduate between December 2023 – June 2024
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Prior work experience or internship, preferably within the FinTech industry with Asset or Portfolio Management
  • University/college or community involvement such as with charitable organizations, travel abroad experience, participation in various clubs, organizations or athletic groups, etc.
  • Experience holding leadership positions strongly preferred
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Location and Travel:
This position will be a hybrid role based at our corporate headquarters in Oaks, PA.
