Festival Internship Program

Ojai Music Festival invites students from all fields of study to apply for our internship program. The program is ideally suited for curious, motivated individuals who are interested in the diversity of possible careers in either the arts, live event management, or the nonprofit world. Festival interns have gone on to have successful careers in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Find information about this year's Festival at www.OjaiFestival.Org.

Applicants must be 18 or older, current college (undergraduate or graduate) students, or recent graduates. While familiarity with classical music is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Interns are expected to commit to 2-3 weeks in Ojai, with availability during the Festival week (June 3-9, 2024). Special scheduling requirements can be accommodated; please specify these in your application.

Our internship program offers specialized experiences tailored to each intern's area of interest. While interns will primarily focus on their assigned responsibilities, they may also assist in other departments as needed. Departments include production, sound, box office, marketing, operations, and more.
