The State Water Resource Control Board’s Division of Drinking Water has an opening for a Supervising Water Resource Control Engineer in the Southeast California Section (Section VI) of the Southern California Field Operations Branch. The position is located at 464 W. 4Th Street, Suite 437, San Bernardino, CA 92401 or 2375 Northside Dr., Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92108.
Duties:
The Supervising WRCE supervises, organizes and directs the work of five District Offices in Section 6 of the Southern California Field Operations Branch in the Division of Drinking Water. The Supervising WRCE plans, organizes and directs the work of staff who implement the regulatory and permitting aspects of the Drinking Water Program as the lead manager of the Southeast California Section. Salary information – CalHR salary rules allow appointment at the entrance rate (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, § 599.673) of a classification. For classes with alternate ranges, placement is based on education/experience.
