Job Title: Procurement Data Management Clerk

Location(s): Remote

Status: Full-Time

FLSA: Non-Exempt 

Hiring Range:  $20.00 - $25.00/hr. (The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position.  The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant’s education, training, and experience.)

RSI EnTech, LLC is recruiting for a Procurement Data Management Clerk who will provide data management support to procurement and contracts staff for submittal management and data collection and reporting. This position will also oversee the Procore Implementation and work as the Procore Administrator.

 

Primary responsibilities and essential functions:

  • Manage and oversee the implementation and function of Procore and the Procore helpdesk.
  • Function as Procore Administrator for all new projects.
  • Manage submittal review process to ensure timely and appropriate vendor data reviews.
  • Create a single data point for procurement reporting collecting data from multiple data points to ensure timely and accurate reporting information is readily available.
  • Establish and maintain the vendor information.
  • Provide support conducting market research to identify new potential vendors, as needed for upcoming project procurement needs.
  • Provide support in procurement forms management.
  • Provide purchase order/subcontract closeout support to contract administrators.
  • Provide back-up support for Invoicing Procurement Specialists.
  • Perform other clerical duties as necessary to support the procurement and contracts team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Work experience, skills, and capabilities needed:

  • Experience working within Procore, and SharePoint or similar data management environments.
  • Experience working with large data sets to obtain single point information for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience working in a demanding customer focused work environment.
  • Experience working with confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a demanding customer focused work environment.
  • Experience working in a heavily regulated performance environment.
  • Basic experience with data analytics.

 

Technical knowledge, certifications/licenses, and software proficiency required:

  • Demonstrated user understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Procore Certified, obtained in the first 30 days of employment.

 

Desirable qualifications, experience, or proficiencies of the ideal candidate:

  • Experience or training in technical writing or editing.
  • Procore Project experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large quantities of data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Construction Background a plus.

 

 

Required Education and Years of Experience:

An Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years’ related experience or a high school degree with a minimum of 8 years’ related experience.

 

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: 

The employee must remain is a stationary position 50% of the time. This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with others who have inquiries. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.  Constantly works inside an office environment. Frequently moves documents and objects weighing up to 10 pounds.  Must be able to observe and learn technical material and emails.
