Part-time Office Manager
Groundworks Office in Berkeley is looking for a part-time office manager to join the team!
The perfect candidate for this position is someone who is interested in learning about landscape architecture and excited to help the GWO team by taking care of various tasks that allow the business to run smoothly.
Job responsibilities include a wide variety of tasks such as:
- Maintaining a well-organized office space
- Supply ordering and stocking
- Running errands around town
- Preparing various types of documents
- Watering plants
- Planning parties and events
- Corresponding with clients
Skill requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills both in person and via email
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Ability to learn quickly and have an open mind
- Ability to lift 50lbs
Preferred (but not required) skills:
- Proficient use of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of software used in Landscape Architecture
- Mode of transportation for running errands
