Project Administrator and Office Manager

Overview

We are accepting applications for a Project Administrator / Office Manager for our office in Raleigh, NC

  

The mission: Our office coordinators are the ones that make sure the offices run smoothly. You will work collaboratively with the team of project managers, regulatory specialists, Client Solutions Managers, and Land Representatives, and will be supporting the General Manager of the region. You will be part of a culture of change and growth where initiative-taking, quick adaptation to change and feedback-seeking are part of our DNA. 

What your day-to-day might look like?

As a Project Administrator and Office Manager, the candidate will assist the southeast region setting up projects, maintaining project details, creating/sending out invoices, and assisting the Credit Sales Manager in driving the sale of retail credits. In addition, the position will perform clerical and administrative functions including daily communication with team members and assistance with tasks. 

 

You will be greeting and assisting on-site guests as well as serving as the primary point of contact for staff and vendors on office needs such as ordering office supplies, conference room set up, calendar management, etc. 

 

You will be booking meetings, seminars, training, hotel, and conferences as well as catering arrangements as needed for team events. As well as vehicles/fleet scheduling and maintenance. 

 

You will be providing onboarding support by placing Helpdesk tickets for supplies, computer set up and sending of materials.

Qualifications

We would love to talk to you if you have many of the following: 

Previous experience in office administration with excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Computer skills including Teams, Word, Outlook, and database management  

Experience serving clients and team members in an efficient operating environment 

Strong attention to detail 

Strong organizational skills
