ROLES WE ARE RECRUITING

Avi-on is looking for some combination of the following roles. Great compensation packages will be based on experience, industry knowledge, and education. All roles are 100% in-person, in-office during the normal business day. 

Entry Level Roles. In-Person Only

  • Accounting I (full-time, in-person): degree in accounting, finance, and/or 1 to 3 years of direct experience. Entry-level position with a path to financial reporting and operations management. Exquisite attention to detail and ability to perfectly perform data entry and account for AP, AR, inventory, cash, bank reconciliations, orders, purchasing, payroll, HR, benefits, options, and any and all tasks requested. Ability to follow instructions precisely, and to QC both your own work and the work of others. Commitment to teaching yourself, and improving on, Avi-on’s daily business practices

Roles Requiring Experience and/or Education. In-Person Only

  • Team Lead or Manager: Finance, Accounting, & Operations (full-time, in-person): everything in the Accounting role above, PLUS the expanded ability to precisely perform accounting, inventory, financial reporting, cash management, and operations tasks perfectly, every time. Great process and system builder. Commitment to teaching yourself and others, while constantly improving on our ability to get great outcomes for our customers. Path to financial and operations leadership.
