POSITION/TEAM OVERVIEW: 

Transformation Management Position Overview

At Apollo, we work as one team, partnering across regions and disciplines to share the perspectives and insights that lead us to exceptional opportunities.   You’ll partner with junior and senior level professionals on a range of projects across the team. The successful candidate for Apollo’s Transformation Management team will join a team of professionals supporting the firm’s key projects and initiatives from a leadership and project management perspective. The role will provide direct support to a diverse set of projects across our main businesses, spanning across Credit, Private Equity/Opportunistic, Real Assets, Insurance Solutions, and Enterprise Solutions. In this role, the candidate will be heavily involved in overseeing and managing a broad range of projects and priorities alongside key stakeholders and will regularly have exposure to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Experience)

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Class of 2026) with an excellent academic record and a demonstrated interest in transformation/strategy/project management through previous internships, jobs, and coursework
• A critical thinker with strong quantitative and analytical skills who expresses their thoughts and ideas clearly both in oral and written communications. 
• A collaborative thinker who can also work independently, multitask and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A change cultivator who can introduce and influence creative solutions that enable the Firm to focus on automation and process improvements.
• A proactive and organized self-starter with a positive attitude, passion for innovation, powerful work ethic, strong attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data visualization, project management tooling and AI a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.  Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location.  Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
