Business Technology Consulting Intern

Clarkston Consulting is looking for motivated, self-driven students who are energized by team success and are always eager to learn new things to join us this summer as Associate Consulting Interns.

 

During Clarkston’s 8 week internship program, you will be a part of our Implementation Strategic Business Unit and have the unique opportunity to experience a consulting role with a leading consumer products, and life sciences consulting firm. You will be able to work directly with our current client project teams and help contribute to some of Clarkston’s most strategic initiatives.

 

Throughout the program, you will be able to participate in the unique culture that differentiates our consulting firm from our competitors. While specific roles will vary, you will share the same responsibilities as a full-time consultant. Our consulting interns work side-by-side with other Clarkston stewards of all levels to support projects and develop innovative solutions. Clarkston’s internship experiences may include, but are not limited to:

• Partnering with Clarkston stewards of all levels to help deliver valuable client solutions in Clarkston’s industry leading Implementation Practice
• Supporting Clarkston leaders in developing thought leadership for the consumer products and life sciences industries
• Working with Clarkston leaders on special projects in the Operations Consulting, Implementation Consulting, or Management Consulting Practices. 

Clarkston’s Internship program is an intense learning experience that provides opportunities to interact with both consultants and client teams on the job as well as during social events, along with the ability to add value to our varied internal initiatives. You will work in a variety of roles that require flexibility and adaptability. Your responsibilities may include: 

• Assisting with project duties such as requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design to help define new business processes or technical solutions
• Providing general support and business systems analysis for our clients
• Assisting with creation of training materials for end-users, including sharing of best practices
• Gathering requirements and conducting research and financial analysis for new strategic internal projects
• Helping with, conducting, and documenting analysis for white papers shared with clients highlighting our industry experience and vertical strategy. 

Throughout the course of the program, you will receive informal feedback, coaching, and mentoring to help prepare you for a professional career. Formal performance feedback at the program’s conclusion will also be delivered. Success in Clarkston’s Internship program may lead to an offer of full-time employment post-graduation.
