Step into an internship at Intel where your education and practical experience will enhance our world-class facilities systems. In this role, you'll work on specific projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget goals, supporting engineering teams with key improvement initiatives. 

 

You'll ensure safety within your area, delivering solutions to maintain site equipment and drive sustainability. You'll provide technical guidance for compliance with safety and Intel standards and explore opportunities to reduce costs and improve schedules. 

 

Learn to review system alarms, assess system health, and use problem-solving skills to ensure reliable and uninterrupted factory operations. Engage in root-cause analysis and implement solutions for facility issues.

EHS Risk Management 

Equipment Monitoring 

Equipment Repair 

Machinery and Equipment Management 

Experience in facilities operations or maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.  

 

Education: Candidate must be enrolled/pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation and Controls, Microelectronics, Renewable Energy Technology, Environmental Technology, Water/Purification Engineering, or related STEM field  with 3+ months of educational or industry experience.

Note: Job location will be based out of one of our US manufacturing or technology development sites. Job location and modality of work will be communicated at time of offer. This position is not available in the state of Colorado.
